It is hard to believe that Friendship Force of Baton Rouge is 40 years old! We continue to celebrate by traveling to Alajuela, Costa Rica in February and Northern Colorado in August. The 2025 Board has already begun planning quarterly meetings including a speaker at our St. Patrick’s celebration and festivities for Cinco de Mayo. We will host San Diego in April and Milwaukee in November. The board is looking for good ideas for day trips. If you have a suggestion please let any board member know.

I recently heard that New Year resolutions are often broken by the second Friday in January. I hope you all make a resolution to put something into this club by participating in the activities and offering support. Get involved, come to the board meetings, don’t be a quitter!
